We dispatch orders every business day from our warehouse in Melbourne. Order by midday AEST and we’ll ship it the same day (most orders). Orders placed after midday or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day. If there is any delay in shipping we will notify you via email.

Australia-wide delivery via Australia Post for most orders. We use Flat Rate shipping costs.
- Standard Post: $9.90 → Metro, 2-5 Days, Regional / Remote: 4-8 days
- Express Post: $14.90 → Metro, 1-3 Days, Regional / Remote: 2-5 days
International Shipping Info
International orders are shipped via Australia Post and are completed by Australia Post’s local partner carriers in each destination country to ensure reliable final-mile delivery.
- Australia Post Standard International Shipping, Flat rate: $20.00 → 7-12 Days (Customs delays possible)
Returned Items due to Undeliverable Address
